Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • In the initial submission stage, manuscripts may be submitted in PDF format.
    If the manuscript is accepted, the final version must be prepared and submitted using the journal \LaTeX{} template.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Authors are required to follow the journal’s bibliographic and formatting standards when preparing their manuscripts. Submissions must comply with the specified structure, reference style, and formatting requirements outlined in the journal template.

Recommended guidelines include proper manuscript organization, consistent citation formatting, accurate bibliographic references, and adherence to ethical publication standards. Authors should ensure that all figures, tables, and equations are clearly presented and properly referenced in the text.

Examples of acceptable citation formats and detailed formatting instructions are provided in the journal template and submission guidelines. Authors are strongly encouraged to review these instructions carefully before submitting their manuscripts.
